Do y’all also get this? Like when you eat pork or chicken and kinda overeat it, you start feeling nauseous. For me it’s not only those foods, but it mostly happens with them. Every time it happens I feel like I’m about to throw up and my head starts aching. What I usually do is get myself some chocolate and somehow it makes the feeling go away.
When you overeat it means, you filled your stomach up more than it can handle and you get nauseous - that's normal. Protein takes more to break down. Overeating food that are harder to break down is worse than easy foods. You can get nauseous, tired, headaches and so on. That's assuming you've got no allergies or anything with foods ofc.
