Is my office haunted?

I, a Beta employee works overtime in my office a lot and sometimes late at night I'd hear clapping sounds in the CEO's personal bathroom. I've asked other employees about it and they hear it too except for this new trainee who says he hears nothing, sometimes it's even followed by moans and screams. The janitor who cleans it said he would often find weird white goo. Similar to the ghost green goo in ghost buster. It's too much of a coincidence, these are all the signs of a ghost in the office. The CEO's bathroom is only for the CEO, so it's weird that every 6-7pm there's clappings and moanings. It can't be the alpha CEO doing all of that. I've noticed as well our new employee can't walk properly for no reason.
