Hi, i am researching for our project and i need to know your opinions about yaoi and fujoshis. I need all of your sides, from the discriminated boys or fujoshis who defend themselves. I am in desperate need of help. People are saying fujoshis and fudanshis are toxic and harmful(I AM NOT STARTING FANDOM WARS) and i need to know the sides of those discriminated by the fujoshis and fudanshis and the sides of the fujoshis that are constantly discriminated by people saying you are fetishizing gay people. I get this a lot. "YoU aRe FeTiShIzInG gAyS!!1!". First of all, no, I'm not. Just because I like Yaoi/BL doesn't mean I want to be gay and do this. Defending myself is awful, especially when I have to it ALL THE TIME. Yaoi is an amazing genre, and it's tarnished by the fetishizers. Rant over. 1 reply
