It really depends on how you see good. If we mean morally good as in giving and donating to the community, then of course there's quite a lot of them, an example would be John Morgan. But if we're talking about legally, then that's a bit hard to answer because most, if not, all billionaires avoid paying taxes. They basically have no personal wealth......
