What is with Isekai Parents

So is it just me or does the child neglect in these isekai stories upsetting to see. I mean there are so many stories of being reincarnated into a family with older or younger siblings and the mc just melts the parents heart, but like their siblings are stuff ignored or not shown any affecttion cuz they aren't as cute as the mc, and so the author makes the siblings love the mc so they can get just a litle bit if affection, frankly its hard watching these kids beg and push themselves for attention and when their parent finally learns how to show a child affection, they dont get it. Especially because of the excuse well the mc is a girl so it doesn't matter how I treat my son, like damn.
