just got an Idea, MC gets isekai'd into a Novel/game I'm honestly not sure whether they needs to survive something or a child care type of story. BUTT here's the twist whenever they fall asleep they get back into the real world...
honestly it's going to be tiring for them if everytime they sleep they change dimensions..

Ahhh i've read a very similar idea before in a rofan story but i can't remember the title anymore (atp this isekai trope is so oversaturated i don't even bother remembering names unless it's super good). Though in that story it wasn't exactly an ability. MC transmigrated as this character but their earth body is still alive and in a coma, they'd ge...... reply

Not a manhwa but a novel, Cub Raising Association. He switches between the human world and the beastman world when he sleeps, but the story only mentions the switching a handful of times. We don't see much about the human world where the mc lives. The main focus is the beastman world and the cub raising. Mostly fluff, not much conflict. I'd give it...... reply
