no. if you got rid of all billionaires spontaneously the systems that create billionaires would still exist. it would still be up to governments and people to dismantle and spread the wealth they'd leave behind to where it should be- which is unlikely bc a lot of billionaires have failsafes and their funds are tied up in different places that arent...... reply
