How to improve social skills
I can't have normal conversation with anyone without making it awkward. I can't even look them in the eyes while talking. always get so nervous and I start sweating alot In class alot people tried to befriend me but I always messed it up, i feel bad for the people who tried to have normal conversation with me whyyyy I am so awkward I hate everything
Find other awkward ppl like you it's the best way. I'm autistic and I have adhd when I hang out with neurodivergent ppl it's so much better than ppl who are not like me and are neurotypical 1 reply
