Always sub. It doesn't matter if it's a movie, show, anime or donghua. I prefer watching every type of media with sound in the original. Dub can never be compared to the original voice of the actors in my opinion. reply
I usually prefer dubs over subs since most of the time I’m doing multiple tasks. It’s also easier to understand since sometimes some words can be missed or mixed with subs. reply
usually sub but I won't discount how far dub had gotten (not to mention my partner only watches in dub)- I prefer how performative sub is, though it is fun if you have the time to compare the creative liberties the US tried to take when they got their license. reply
subs can’t stand dubs, they all sound the same to me and just don’t sound right. there are exceptions though, like uramichi oniisan, saiki k, and ghost stories, since they sound a lot funnier in english. reply
I dabble on both if I wanna see how a specific scene is in dub or sub like for example "you son of a bitch!! How dare you!" Is a sentence in sub then I go on dub to see how it is reply
