I have experience in working in fast food for about two years and I left in march due to discrimination and being treated horribly by managers, I have been applying EVERYWHERE and only got one interview (which I didnt get the job obvs) is there smth wrong with my resume or the fact im still a student?? im over 18 tho so idk the issue is
I know that a lot of places are reluctant to hire college students due to their schedules and (no offense to you or your work ethic of course) a lot of them refuse to actually work.
