Not sure if they can be objectively considered the best I've ever seen, but my favourite kisses are always the couple's first ones. ESPECIALLY if the journey to seeing their first kiss is more on the slow-burn side; when their budding romantic tension gets propeely resolved after a long ass time and they finally have their big damn kiss...
