Doesn't have to be today, or even a recent thing. It can be a little thing that happened that for some reason you can't stop thinking about, a good deed you did that you won't tell others bcs it makes it seem like you're bragging, it could be your deepest darkest secret, or something that mildly annoyed you. From the smallest or biggest thing to ever happen in your life, anything goes.
i haven’t said this to anyone and probably never will but i’m planning on going no contact with my mom. i still haven’t mustered up the courage to do so, because losing my mom would mean having no family anymore. i don’t consider her family but i feel extremely guilty about leaving her. i keep thinking about the « what ifs », like what ...... 1 reply
