Doesn't have to be today, or even a recent thing. It can be a little thing that happened that for some reason you can't stop thinking about, a good deed you did that you won't tell others bcs it makes it seem like you're bragging, it could be your deepest darkest secret, or something that mildly annoyed you. From the smallest or biggest thing to ever happen in your life, anything goes.
I took my WHAP Exam last week Thursday and I told two of my closest friends abt it numerous times but they didnt even wish me good luck nor congratulate me when i told them that I was done for that matter.
