Doesn't have to be today, or even a recent thing. It can be a little thing that happened that for some reason you can't stop thinking about, a good deed you did that you won't tell others bcs it makes it seem like you're bragging, it could be your deepest darkest secret, or something that mildly annoyed you. From the smallest or biggest thing to ever happen in your life, anything goes.
I really hate when someone ignores my messages or leaves me on seen. Someone would say "oh it's not that deep" but it kinda is. We got to the point in technology where you can have access to anything, and anyone, literally anywhere yet people are worse and worse in maintaining relationships and communicating.
