Doesn't have to be today, or even a recent thing. It can be a little thing that happened that for some reason you can't stop thinking about, a good deed you did that you won't tell others bcs it makes it seem like you're bragging, it could be your deepest darkest secret, or something that mildly annoyed you. From the smallest or biggest thing to ever happen in your life, anything goes.
Yesterday my brother called me a lazy piece of shit and told me that he doesn't sleep all day. When I commented that we didn't tell him he got mail because he was sleeping all day. Guys, it's almost 6 pm, and that piece of shit is still sleeping.
