In your own opinion SHOULD omega men be called mothers? Because I find it personally off that they're called "mom" By majority of people. Simply for giving birth but they're still men, they still have a dick and in some works is shown that omega x omega can produce an offspring.
Since it's mother's Day let's kinda talk about issues. There should be no man and woman roles in a mlm/wlw relationship.
