Yk that entirely depends on your situation. Are you so tight in molah that you NEED to work? Can you handle juggling work with the course you have in mind? Because in all honesty unless you are rushing to get your degree, you don't have to necessarily start uni immediately after highschool. At this point from how HORRENDOUS the job market is, can......   1 reply

I think you should go if you can afford it. I went even though I couldn’t afford it Anyway, unless you have a passion, trade, or field you’re interested in, college is going to be the most helpful thing to getting a job.   reply

If you want the typical experience and know what you're going for, do it now. If you're unsure, take a gap and figure it out/save. Then apply to a community college to get an associate's, and then transfer to a university to get a bachelors / masters. Gaps can be good or bad, just be committed to figuring stuff out.   reply

I was a working student in college, I recommend saving up first. College is EXPENSIVE as hell, I couldn't have handled all that hell with my job at the time if it weren't for the fact that I had someone financially backing me up (my husband paid for my tuition and regularly gave me allowances before we dated iykyk)   1 reply

Depends on what you want to go to college for and what you want to do with your education afterward? Some people go and spend tons of money on a degree they don't like just to find out they prefer being a barista all along. Now you're in debt with a useless degree. Take that gap year to figure it out. Imo take as many years as you want. You can a......   reply

Imo if u wanna take a gap year, u need strong resolve on really saving up for college. This is just based on experience of ppl I know who took a gap year, but most of them didn't end up going to college again since they got contented with their current job. It Really is up to u ️‍   reply
