Experienced it a few times, and nah it wasn't helpful for me, talking to a therapist made me realize I can heal by myself without their help at all. Like the same way how a teacher can help you learn a subject faster but at the end of the day you can still learn that subject yourself without the help of a teacher. 1 reply
