Is marital rape criminalised in your country?

Been illegal since 1965 here in Sweden and I’d honestly say that they’re doing a pretty good job enforcing it. It is illegal here but its very hard to get proper justice. The victims rarely report it. Its rarely ever enforced by system because they put their own personal views into the case instead of just sticking to the law. Tbh it never abt the religion, it always the men, culture, patriarchy and bunch of faggots who condone it.
