Is marital rape criminalised in your country?
I Live in a Muslim majority country and they think a man has complete right to rape his wife once they're married and it shouldn't be considered rape even if it's forced. I feel disgusted and scared too. I wanna hear about what's it like for y'all,is marital criminalised in your country?
Martial rape is illegal in all of the EU states by law since 2014, but lot of european countries had it already in their national laws before. Germany was one of the latest to illegalize martial rape in 1997 and Sweden was one of the first one in 1965.
