I was never bullied for watching anime or reading manga. But back during my school days, it was considered weird to watch or read that kind of stuff (no one admitted to liking it in front of others), and some people even made fun of it... so I was one of the few who watched anime. got bullied by few of my classmates, ex bf and my own elder brother -_- they used to call me all sorts of names and tried to shame me in front of other people too. guess what, all of them became anime fan later on(especially around 2021-2022) and i just straight up laughed at their faces when i found out lmao. they even had the audacity to act like......   reply

Actually, I’m not bullied for liking anime. It’s just that in my country, a lot of people like Japan too — or at least some of them do. So far, I haven’t seen anyone get bullied for liking anime here. (▰˘◡˘▰)   reply

Yes lmfao. Seeing this random surge of people like is a bit baffling. I don’t rlly care all that much but you can def tell when someone lying about liking something to sneak by and join the majority.
