i just graduated high school and my parents want to charge me for living in the house and for eating at home. i don’t have a job so i don’t have income. i feel like this is super unreasonable but they won’t change their mind. should i just stay with my friend instead of living here?
When I started to pay to live somewhere I had a personal hierarchy of requirements. First a place I'm safe, second a place that's cheap and lastly a place I want to be.
So if your friends place is safe, free/cheaper or happier for you skedadle. It sucks for me to talk things out with people who have this invisible hierarchy of I own your life and...... reply
