i just graduated high school and my parents want to charge me for living in the house and for eating at home. i don’t have a job so i don’t have income. i feel like this is super unreasonable but they won’t change their mind. should i just stay with my friend instead of living here?
Yk, I get the whole reason behind it; You wanna teach them the responsibilities of paying bills and other stuff along with that. But I still find it fucking WILD that some parents have the nerve (not meaning this in an ungrateful or sassy way, mind you) to charge you when you, yourself had nothing to do with being born/alive into this world.
