i just graduated high school and my parents want to charge me for living in the house and for eating at home. i don’t have a job so i don’t have income. i feel like this is super unreasonable but they won’t change their mind. should i just stay with my friend instead of living here?
If they're expecting you to pay like you're renting the place sure hope they aren't expecting you to do any household chores or follow any rules they put in place for kids. :/
Really sorry they're doing this to you. Ofc it's good to learn to learn to be responsible for yourself, but some parents act like they stop having to be a parent the second...... reply
