Have y'all been baptized?
Ok so like a week ago I almost got baptized but didn't cuz I'm not ready yet and ik for a fact that if I do I'll stay the same anyways, the only reason why I almost got it is because my mom forced me but when we arrived at the place where we were gonna get baptized I change my mind and didn't get one. Now I have a question for the people here who got baptized what does it feel like? Did y'all really got closer to God or not?
I got closer to God because I wanted to, not because of some magic ritual. I got baptised as a child, no one asked my opinion ofc, then I proceeded to get a religious trauma until I started outright hating Christianity... a not recommended route. Get baptized or not but let it be YOUR decision. Even if you don't like it. It's important that you don...... reply
