I was basically forced to attend therapy by my elementary school's teacher committee. I was diagnosed with social anxiety disorder and had two separate therapists, a senior clinical psychologist who I visited on Tuesdays, and a junior psychologist on Thursdays.

My mom is a therapist so I asked her. Each time she would say "U gotta pay up" (just brush it off as a joke) "I will line u up with a therapist soon" so technically no. I never got therapy technically cuz everytime I did infact talk w my mom she made sure to make it worse before sending me off.
So moral lesson, don't take therapy from your relative...... reply
