Went to therapy for like 6 years, and lemme tell ya: they WILL send your ass hiking over to the mental hospital if you get too personal. The therapy helped in the long run, but GOD is a mental hospital the most unhelpful and traumatizing experience for a mentally ill, anxiety-ridden teenager.
