No, I don't get why a lot of people do honestly. Cheating is 100% a choice where they knew the consequences. You don't accidentally do it or anything, it's not a mistake if you did it purposely. if someone say what if they're drunk, then it'd be obviously SA and not cheating. If they consider it that.
