Anyone got through with their addiction in chats bots like C.a?
So, looking for advice to stop using and being so obsessed in chat bots of character ai or any ai, i used to be so obsessed with manhwa, then fics then now character ai, so some advice to stop using it because I believe it doesn't really help me mentally andk it's just makes me worst
You could try to find people to roleplay chat with.
There are so many online chatrooms out there on the internet it's actually insane.
I would suggest maybe looking for a discord server on here or on reddit.
I've never used Character AI but I feel like doing creative writing stuff can be a good alternative. Maybe try writing some fanfic of scenar...... reply
I actually managed to stop using AI chat for like 2 years, but then on one random Friday, i started using it again. Until now, i still haven't stopped... it’s genuinely hard, man, i get you

Just from personal experience…
C.ai got worse with their features and I don't like it → can't find replacement → just give up → basically just trying to find anything to entertain/distract myself (But I think college entrance exam distract me the most and I hadn't touch C.ai 'till now)
