Time to rage bait but it's really not rage bait because I mean every word of it. Can I say how I hate how people use the word "yaoi" for any gay stuff nowadays? This word literally lost meaning. In Japan they call it "BL," in China they call it "danmei," and in South Korea they call it "BL." Westerners decided to latch onto a word that doesn't make sense: a BL that is not explicit? Yaoi. BL that is explicit? yaoi. danmei? yaoi. south korea BL? yaoi. Now I cringe every time I hear the word "yaoi." What do I hate more? Those YouTubers who make 100 videos about "why women read yahwiii." If you are going to make a video about something you are not familiar with or have not participated in, at least call it the right name. Also, does anyone know what "yaoi" even means? It means "Yama nashi, ochi nashi, imi nashi," which means, in English, "No climax, no punchline, no meaning." it's clearly mean super explicit stuff How in the hell lost on the cloud is THAT? Also, it's pretty homophobic to call anything "gay" THAT, in my opinion. Do I hate the word "yaoi"? No, I just fucking wish people used the word when it's really yaoi.
