People fail to consider that there are a lot of reasons why a pirate website can shut down besides the fucking copyright, for example, WHEN DEVS AREN'T INTERESTED IN RUNNING THE WEBSITE ANYMORE, WHICH IS WHAT HAPPENED TO B*TO. People somehow deluded themselves into thinking that piracy websites actually get tons of money when most of the time they barely sustain themselves with the amount of storage they pay for and the devs running the website. Gatekeeping won't help because Korean companies have already gone for websites that no one knows of, Do you really think companies don't know how to use Google or what? Also, why are Mangago and B*to big to begin with Because it's popular, gatekeeping won't help; it will just make uploads fewer.
