how to be less dizzy
ive had ear problems basically my whole life ever since the doctor basically blew out my ear drum with a staw and water because i lodged a piece of paper down my ear and now i have a really bad infection that causes me to constantly be dizzy i spend most of my life hanging my head to the side for some type of balance is there a way to be less dizzy without going to a doctor? if someone else deals w/ this pls give me sum advice
Does your condition hv anything to do "thyroid" ? Idk if this will work , but try using either a cold towel or warm/slightly hot towel (no need to be iced /no need to be too hot , just slightly above warm) and rest it on your neck , like those place around/below your ears . It seem like u are suffering from inner ear infection. Pls seek medical help for infection management. Or if u are prescribed with antibiotics pls finish it ya. One tips to prevent from further ringing is by reducing excessive head movement. Ensure if u want to get up from bed or move your head, pls do so slowly. May you heal from your current cond reply
