Categories of tt edge lords

omg I'm sorry but those edgy tt accounts are so corny. Every time one of their videos pops up it genuinely drains my energy.

First, the tcc crowd. Why are you worshipping some random loser who murdered kids? He wouldn't think you're cool. He'd probably hate you too.

Then the incel accounts calling women "hiplets" and throwing around terms like "bp" as if anyone outside their little bubble knows or cares what they're talking about. I promise you this discourse does not exist offline.

Then you've got the yaoi larpers. It's always someone who’s probably about 12–16 with yaoi panels in the background and they larp nitro chiral games making some dramatic post about how they're "problematic," claiming they're god, or recycling the same "fiction doesn't affect reality" discourse for the hundredth time. It's the same five takes over and over.

And it's never even an original opinion. It's always the exact same recycled talking points, the exact same buzzwords, and the exact same attempts to sound shocking or profound. The whole thing feels like one giant echo chamber where everyone is trying to outdo each other with increasingly ridiculous takes.

It's like every one of these communities exists in the same ecosystem of being terminally online. Every post feels like it was written after spending 16 hours arguing with strangers instead of interacting with actual people. The second one of these videos lands on my fyp I already know exactly what the comments are going to look like before I even open them. It's the same script every single time…
