That depends on what that political view is.
I'm not going to stop being friends with someone who personally wants to live a more conservative, traditional lifestyle if they aren't doing their damnest to push it on everyone else, and I'm not going to stop being friends with someone if their beliefs are more out-there and modern unless they're push...... reply
