i make these yogurt bowls with chopped up apples (can b any fruit), granola (the one i use has cashew and cranberries), and greek yogurt. I add honey sometimes but the yogurt i buy is usually sweetened already. I make it in this big bowl and it's really filling basically a lunch. May differ 4 u bcus a whole apple is already enough to get me slighlt......   reply

I can't cook, but I don't particularly hate any healthy food except for beets... But my recommendation for eating vegetables is soups, salads, and roasted vegetables. vegetables in soups are good, like chicken noodle soup with celery and carrots. vegetables in salads, you can put some cheese and stuff and sauce. it's not the healthiest salad, but......   reply
