Korean are better art, more modern , closer to reality, feel more natural .
Japanese are often either too naive or too perverted and twisted. There are a lot of masterpiece at the same time, but in general I would prefer Korean.
Chinese are too naive, far from reality and I don't like the art most of the time , and also censoring is unreasonable
