idk abt any specific lists, but here just go to all genres, select romance+fantasy, filter out any unwanted tags, and sort by update or create date. that'll show any new releases or creations.
you can do the same thing with advanced search on mal, anilist, bakaupdates, and any other tracking platform
(these are better bc they allow for better filt......
