I'd understand people being upset and criticizing abuse rape and sa in bl but people be policing you for jokingly calling a yaoi character "My man"? Go to the comments section and it's cringe af too. "They're like my brother." "Oh I call them my baby." I'd understand it if you feel uncomfortable with people saying that especially toward certain character that are written with certain or specific type of experience(for example:yoshiki where the story deal with internalized homophobia, mafuyu) but are we supposed to give you a nobel peace award for it or something?
