haven't watched the film yet but read the book a year ago. had butler's translation, written not as an epic poem but a full-blast prose. still beautiful regardless (but hoping to read a better translation). my book reflection might be too woke but the tale reflects its time. as in their regards about wars and violence and the glorification of it al...... reply
