I HATE the texture of eggplants, it's disgusting, it's fine in tiny chunks, but big chunks makes me gag even if it's seasoned right
also I can't stand the taste of ginger. even a tiny bit in my food used to get rid of meat smell is nasty
I also hate bell peppers, nasty ahh flavor idk why so many white recipes for chinese cuisine has it, it's gros......
