Exactly HOW TF do you guys deal with painful period cramps. Mine just started and I don't think I'll be seeing tomorrow's Sun rise ATP. Gimme unhinged tips idc. I want these GONE.
I try to deal with it tbh. I don't take Tylenol or anything because I wanna tough it out since I have a high pain tolerance. I always end up in pain though; my cramps override my high pain tolerance, making me curl up in my bed like a baby

I learned this way too late but please TAKE YOUR PAINKILLERS BEFORE YOUR PERIOD STARTS. Track your period on a period app (I personally use clue) then 2-3 days before your period starts take painkillers for the whole day ibuprofen is the best for tackling period pain take 2 every 4 hours but do not take more than 6 in one day (follow the instructio...... 2 reply
