Real Talk: Take Care Everyone

Dumpling14 Dumpling14 2026-07-29 21:20:15 About question
It’s honestly scary how many of you are struggling with depression or suicidal thoughts.

I know people need a place to vent, and that’s completely okay, letting your feelings out can be healthy and healing. But I’ve noticed more and more of these posts over the past few days, and even throughout the past week.

Please take care of yourselves. And to anyone out there who is struggling, feeling lost, or feeling like everything is too much right now please remember that even the darkest tunnels have a light at the end. Keep holding on.

Also... Especially if you're early twenties or younger, your own brain is tricking you to think that things are much worse than they are. Being a teenager doesn't magically end at 19, your brain didn't get the memo and hormones are still wrecking havoc inside of you.
Our human bodies are just jerks.
It will pass, and if you happen to be on medication: then even depression medicine might work better, or you might not need any at all.

Go to doctor if you can, because you might need medication, but also many of those depressive moments are just stupid human body chemically overreacting like an idiot, because it hasn't learned to be an adult.
It's like ice-skating chicken, every movement is offer correction/reaction.

This is so sweet of you :) I sincerely hope everyone who’s struggling with their mental health or suicidal ideation reaches out to someone and heals.
