What y'all think about the MKULTRA experiment's?

As we all know killer and cult leader Charles Manson was somewhat related to these experiments and I'm watching a video right now that is making an hypothesis that Jeffrey Dahmer might be connected too although I don't believe this fully as there's not enough evidence in my opinion. But anyway i wanted to know if you guys know anything more about this subject
