Anybody else use a menstrual disc? Is this a normal experience?
It always feels like a dull sensation inside my lower stomach where the disc sits. I use a large Mooonthlies disc and it holds all my blood. I did use a medium but I leaked more w it
I have very little experience to draw comparisons with, as I’ve only used the one I currently use, but typically when I feel that pressure it’s because I was too impatient to relax enough getting it in and so it feels pressed against something. If it’s constant then it might be a sign yours is slightly too big, though.. or maybe you could try...... reply
