I personally would have no issue dating a bisexual male as long as he treats me right and is attracted to me whoever his previous partners were male or female and whether he was taking or giving it doesn't bother me but is it to say straight women not wanting to date gay men homophobic ?

I think people have a hard time distinguishing sexual orientation from sexual preferences + Bisexuality confuses a looooot people.
No, a man being bisexual doesn't make him a bottom or incapable of being dominant for a woman. If that's your preference just say it, don't assume.
