Desire scans translation ?

Ive been seeing them for a while now and I read a comment saying they use ai and steal others translation??
If so why such thing is allowed to spread through sites ?? Cant they ban them or smth?
Not to mention they use ai image in the beginning , it's so ugly.

Let me know what you guys think about this.
Also please share if you know more about them!!
