How to feel after finishing a series

Guys I just finished a book series in 5 days and now I'm fucking empty.
I don't want to rush into another series or fandom or anything, I want to feel the emotions for the characters but I just can't stay still. I want to remember the feelings and twists and everything but now I am restless. I don't know how to feel anything, I just want to read and not let them go yet. I just started the books wtf you mean it's over???

Series name is Captive Prince by C.S. Pacat btw and I am not feeling normal about Laurent and Damian.
