Need help

I'm freaking out..... I've got blood in stool what do I do?????? It was red and dripping.....It was not a small amount and everywhere I searched it terrified me there are so many diseases. Am I gonna die . It was there the day before yesterday than there was nothing yesterday and now there is today am freaking out helpppp
