Does anyone else have chronic wrist pain?

I can't tell how long it's been but I've had wrist pain forever, bending it, stretching it out or it being grabbed , sends an ache through my fucking bones, I'm lowk making it sound bad but I dont think ive done anything to get pain though?
anyone else has this problem? Or should I get my ass up to the doctor
