actually i cant really tell u that lmao its embarrassing but its genuinely a struggle for me to shower, even when i literally have errands outside. its not that i dont know i should or that i dont care about hygiene, i just genuinely dont have the motivation to make myself do it. eating and sleeping are a struggle for me too so even basic stuff fe...... 1 reply
